Ras El Oued Handball Club was founded in 1999. The early photos show a full hall, green and white checks on the barrier and a flag that says it all.
The crest
The leaf is the town. The mountain is the ground we play on. ACR is what the stand sings.
Today
The bus now carries the crest across Algeria. The hall is still full.
